Hallo zusammen und sorry, dass es so lange dauerte bis wir mal wieder etwas von uns haben hören lassen.
Mittlerweile sind wieder alle voll und ganz ins alltägliche Leben integriert und die Wunden und Wehwehchen der Tour sind verdaut. Alfred bastelt fleißig am Videomaterial zur Tour, Peter hat wohl alle Bilder nachbearbeitet und ich habe mich um die letzte T-Shirt Bestellung gekümmert. Darüber hinaus gabs noch das Follow-up Interview mit der Rheinpfalz, welches auch bald hier auf der Website zur Verfügung stehen wird, ein Interview, welches Peter in Jönköping gegeben hat und noch ein weiteres auf der Seite des Eliasfund zu unserer Tour durch Irland.

Was ich aber eigentlich sagen wollte….die dritte Deadline für Shirtbestellungen ist nun ja auch verstrichen und es sind noch einmal stolze 50 Shirts zusammengekommen, was den Gesamtcount auf 227 T-Shirts hochschraubt, eine Zahl, mit der ich bei bestem Willen nicht gerechnet hatte. Hut ab also und danke an die vielen Unterstützer. Eric, vom Eliasfund, ist Ende des Monats auf dem Weg nach Simbabwe und wird auch dort von unserer Tour berichten. Nach seiner Rückkehr werden wir dann die gesammelten Spendengelder an das Albert Street School Projekt übergeben.

Hi people,

sorry it took a while to come up with the next post, however, we needed a bit of time to recover from the stress and get back into our day-to-day routine. Alfred took care of the footage, Peter worked the pictures and myself, I collected the last few orders for shirts. The final order yielded another 50 shirts(!!!) which adds up to 227 shirts in total. Isn’t that just great? Again, thanks to the many supporters and people who contributed to making this a successful project.

Eric, from the Eliasfund, will go to Zimbabwe by the end of July and tell the people about our project. By the time he returns, we will hand over the donations to the Albert Street School Project.
