Hello my friends,

the deadline for the last order being May 15th yielded great feedback as in shirt orders. Still, a few people missed it and we decided to set a 3rd deadline for those who didn’t get the chance to retrieve a shirt with the first two orders.

The new deadline will be July 15th, 2009.

Anyway, in order to maintain the price and ensure we can donate 5€ each shirt, we have to get at least 70 shirts together.Those willing to order will be put on a list and informed whether or not we can get the 3rd load of shirts together.

Already now we would like to thank you for the tremendous support and we keep thumbs pushed that we will acquire a few more orders during the next 2 months and of course during our tour through Ireland. Keep spreading the word.

The tour is about to start so keep following the blog in our “on the road” section. Pictures will be uploaded in the “gallery”.

Thanks also to Arbor Longboards (Gregor – you’re the man!) who greatly supported the project with their shirt order, longboardshop.de who equipped us with some hardware for our boards, and boardlife.se who were worried about the physical state of our feet, supplying us with shoes for the tour.

Further, thanks to all the bloggers and cross-link providers who did a great job in raising attention for our project. Keep up the good work!

da der letzte Termin für Shirtbestellungen der 15. Mai war und wir nachwievor Anfragen bekommen, haben wir beschlossen den 3. Termin für die Annahme von Bestellungen auf den 15.Juli 2009 zu setzen.

Wichtig an der ganzen Sache ist jedoch, dass wir mindestens 70 Shirts zusammen bekommen, damit wir den Preis halten und 5€ je Shirt spenden können. Alle, die jetzt bestellen werden dann rechtzeitig informiert, ob eine Bestellung zusammen kommt, oder nicht. Also, weitersagen und Daumen drücken.

An dieser Stelle jedoch schon mal ein dickes “Dankeschön!” für das sagenhafte Feedback und eure Unterstützung. Die Tour startet ja nun bald und wir sind gespannt auf die Reaktionen in Irland. In unserem Blog “on the road” findet ihr dann aktuelles zu unserer Reise und in der Galerie entsprechend dann auch Bilder aus Irland.

Ach ja, danken wollten wir noch Arbor Longboards für die tolle Unterstützung (Gregor- du bist unser Mann), und deren sagenhafte Shirtorder. Außerdem den Jungs vom Longboardshop.de, die uns mit Hardware für unsere Brettln ausgestattet haben. Nicht zu vergessen auch boardlife.se, die in Sorge um den gesundheitlichen Zustand unserer Füße auf der Tour, einen Satz Schuhe für die gesamte Mannschaft rausgehauen haben.

Und dann sind da natürlich noch die fleißigen Blogger und Cross-linker, die ordentlich für Aufmerksamkeit für unser Projekt gesorgt haben. Danke, weiter so!
